There will be more later, but we wanted to let Dana know – The Sinkyone Wilderness.<\/p>\n

Its late and we’re in Choteau, Mt. After dinner we road outside of town to a bluff and watched the sun go down over the mountains till dark.<\/p>\n

Willy Nelson is playing here tomorrow night, and apparently this is the home town of David Letterman.<\/p>\n

Ok we’re back. Had software difficulties with the Olympus software and my macintosh. We are now uploading from Steve’s PC.So – as we left Bozeman we came across a road side stop commemorating Diamond City and the crash of a National Guard A-26:\"Confederate<\/a>While we were there we met Dana<\/a>,<\/p>\n

who was bicycleing from Moab Az, to Glacier. Yikes o mighty. That trip would make me tired on the motorcyle, and on a bicycle I don’t think I would survive. Anyway we were talking about nice places to go and I was trying to remember a place – Sinkyone. (dana hope you find it).<\/p>\n

Most of the day was spent getting to the mountains , we could always see them in the distance off to the left but never really got into them – alot of w i d e open spaces.<\/p>\n

We didn’t stop much for pics since the scenery was not as spectacular as we had become accustomed to. Not to say it was boring – just not photo stop kinda stuff.<\/p>\n

We got to Choteau, got a room and had dinner and then went back about 6 or 7 miles out of town on an overlook towards the mountains and sat there for a couple hours watching the sun set and the critters come out. We took a 58 minute video of the sunset<\/a>, but not sure if it will carry over to the site since it is a big file (1.3 Gig). But we shot some pics as well so here they are:<\/p>\n

All in all it was a nice relaxing day. Got a late start and an early finish, and, had a great sunset, couldn’t ask for much more.<\/p>\n

Hope you all have a great 4th, don’t get too hung over, and remember what it is we’re celebrating (and it ain’t the invention of fireworks).<\/p>\n

Teddy – hope Matt isn’t needing bailling out. If you know Joepa’s email address would you forward this site address to him cause I can’t remember it, and I told him I would get it to him. The long days in the sun and wind seems to be frying what little brains are still there.<\/p>\n
